| The agreement was presented today, Friday, November 20, at the City Hall Molinense, and contemplates a municipal subsidy of 2,500 euros | The presentation ceremony of the nominative grant agreement of the Molina de Segura City Council to the Collective No Te Prives LGTBI of the Region of Murcia for the realization of awareness activities against LGTBIphobia and socio-educational activities on affective sexual diversity of gender in 2020 has had place today, Friday, November 20, in the Plenary Hall of the Molinense Consistory. The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the educational technician of the Collective No Te Prives, Eva Illán Macanás, and the Councilor for Youth and Culture, Soledad Nortes Navarro attended. The Molina de Segura City Council, through the Youth Council, intends to carry out socio-educational activities that affect sexual affective diversity in young people.
Numerous studies have detected the defenselessness suffered by the LGTBI youth group in educational centers, which highlights their vulnerability, with frequent cases of school bullying and highlight the need to work on values ??that fight against LGTBIphobia, to that is not normalized. From the Youth Council of the City Council, it is intended to establish educational activities with the students in Secondary Education centers of the municipality, working on the detection of homophobic attitudes to prevent negative situations and aggressions that it may create.
The Collective No Te Prives LGTBI of the Region of Murcia will carry out these activities.
