The Hospital de Molina has renewed the Certifications of the ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), UNE 179003 (Risk Management for Patient Safety) and UNE 179006 (System for the surveillance, prevention and control of Infections Related to Health Care in hospitals) by the certification company AENOR. With the renewal of these certifications, the Hospital de Molina maintains its firm commitment to safe and quality healthcare, and to the environment: "Renewing our commitment to patient safety, quality and the environment makes us all proud the human and professional team of the Hospital de Molina because, in addition, it comes to ratify our work to offer the citizens of Molina de Segura and the rest of the Vega Media Region clinical assistance based on dedication and effort to improve their Undoubtedly, these four accreditations represent a stimulus and at the same time a tool to achieve continuous improvement in our work for the health of the Region of Murcia ", says Pedro Hernández Jiménez, Manager of the Hospital Center. The Hospital de Molina has been certified since 2006 continuously in the International Standard ISO 9001, and since 2015 in the International Standard ISO 14001 and in the National UNE 179003 and UNE 179006.
That year, the Hospital Center became one of the first Hospitals in all of Spain, and in the Region of Murcia, to be certified in these last two Standards, thus demonstrating its pioneering character in patient safety and in the prevention of infections in the hospital environment.
