This is a derogatory treatment of the PP government to the residents of the hamlets.
Councilwoman Lola Ferre believes that the Regional Government and the Mayor severely punish those neighbors with a drastic cut in the Works and Services Plan to spend about 1.6 € million in 2009 to € 786,000 for 2010.
To give you an idea in 2010, this Plan will invest approximately € 100 per resident in districts (excluding developments) while in 2008 and 2009 took more than 200 €.
The PSOE PP critical policy in the districts as always remains abandonment of management "to mouth" and without discretion.
Without doubt, the hardest hit hamlet is the Brave which, incidentally, is already feeling the lack of municipal investments as a historical punishment.
Go wrong but also stops other districts of the country as the landing and Fenazar and garden as in the case of El Llano residents this year will receive only about 48 € on this Plan.
In this brutal cut Pedanías Plan must be added the reduction of municipal investments (more than 14 million €) and this year the PP government has not thought at all that the districts could benefit from the Plan E 2010 and that of the 19 projects presented there is only one for the Ribera de Molina.
The Municipal Socialist Group believes that the PP government should not further punish the districts with little municipal investment or with plans that force them to emigrate from the same because it is unworkable, "economic and urban" living in them.
And that should go for a more balanced pattern of land and just from the perspective of the provision of works and services that result in a higher quality of life for residents and the permanence of them in their villages.
